Learn More About Jennifer’s Approach
Jennifer Wright is a psychotherapist, certified pediatric sleep coach, and the founder of The Calm Between Wellness. Her passion for supporting children and families has been the foundation of her work for more than two decades.
Jennifer began her career by founding HEAL Raising Our World Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving orphaned and vulnerable children in Kenya. For more than 20 years, she has led initiatives focused on providing education, care, and opportunity for children. This work deepened her passion for helping young people thrive and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in clinical counseling.
Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling, with a concentration in Children and Adolescent Therapy, from Chestnut Hill College. She is currently a pre-licensed clinician practicing under clinical supervision at F.L.O.W. Wellness Center in Pennsylvania, where she provides therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Her clinical work is rooted in a person-centered, developmentally informed approach that emphasizes nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and strengthening the parent-child relationship.
In addition to counseling, Jennifer is a certified pediatric sleep coach through the Rested Mama Academy. She believes that healthy sleep is one of the greatest gifts parents can give themselves and their children, creating the foundation for emotional well-being, healthy development, and stronger family connections. Her coaching approach is individualized, compassionate, and designed to help families build sustainable sleep habits while honoring each child's unique temperament and needs.
Whether she is supporting families through therapy or sleep coaching, Jennifer's goal is to help parents feel confident, children feel secure, and families experience more peace, connection, and calm in their everyday lives.
