Association Fading is a gradual, responsive approach that helps a child move away from a sleep association they rely on—such as rocking, feeding, or being held—to fall asleep. Changes are introduced progressively and adjusted based on your child’s individual needs and response. The Association Fading Method has a 99% success rate among more than 1,000 families, according to program data, while supporting children in developing more independent sleep skills without sacrificing connection and responsiveness.

“We were amazed by the progress we saw with Jenn’s sleep coaching. The Association Fading approach gave us a gradual, manageable way to help our child become more independent at bedtime without feeling like we had to choose between better sleep and connection. Jenn was supportive throughout the process, helped us adjust the plan when needed, and gave us the confidence to stay consistent. Our nights feel calmer, bedtime is much smoother, and we finally feel like we have the tools to handle future sleep challenges.”
