More time. More support. More confidence. More calm.
Some sleep challenges need more than a quick reset. The Calm Sleep Partnership offers an extended, high-touch coaching experience for families who want additional time, personalized guidance, and ongoing support as they work toward more restful nights.
Over four weeks, we’ll work together to understand your child’s unique sleep needs, implement a personalized plan, monitor progress, and make thoughtful adjustments along the way. This extended support allows us to slow down when needed, troubleshoot challenges as they arise, and adapt the approach as your child responds.
Our approach is responsive, evidence-informed, and developmentally appropriate. When appropriate, strategies may include Association Fading, a gradual approach that supports children in developing more independent sleep skills while maintaining connection and responsiveness. We also tune into your child’s biological and developmental sleep rhythmsso recommendations are aligned with where your child is developmentally—not simply based on a predetermined schedule or method.

What Makes This Different?
The Calm Sleep Partnership gives your family space to work through sleep changes without feeling rushed. Rather than focusing solely on the end result, we pay attention to the process—your child's cues, your family's experience, and what is realistically sustainable in your day-to-day life.
You'll have a trusted professional alongside you throughout the process to help you make sense of what's happening, adjust when needed, and feel supported through the inevitable ups and downs.
The goal isn't perfect sleep. It's progress, confidence, and a calmer relationship with sleep for your whole family.
