Expecting Parents Sleep Prep
Feel more prepared for sleep before your baby arrives.
The newborn months come with so much excitement—and a lot of uncertainty. While no one can predict exactly how your baby will sleep, understanding what to expect can help you feel more prepared, confident, and calm from the very beginning.
Expecting Parents Sleep Prep is designed to help you understand newborn sleep, establish realistic expectations, and create a flexible foundation for healthy sleep habits during your baby’s first 12 weeks.
Together, we’ll talk through what newborn sleep really looks like, how biological and developmental sleep rhythms influence your baby’s sleep, and how to create supportive routines without expecting a newborn to follow a rigid schedule.
What’s Included
60-minute prenatal sleep consultation to discuss newborn sleep, your expectations, and any questions or concerns
Newborn sleep guide with practical information for navigating those early weeks
Understanding newborn sleep including typical sleep patterns, wake periods, naps, night waking, and developing day-night rhythms
Biological & developmental sleep guidance to help you understand and respond to your baby’s changing sleep needs
Safe sleep education to help you create a safe and supportive sleep environment
Feeding & sleep expectations to better understand how feeding, growth, and sleep naturally interact
First 12-week roadmap to help you navigate changing sleep needs as your baby grows
Personalized recommendations based on your family, expectations, and goals
A Little Extra Support for the Road Ahead
Your relationship with The Calm Between Wellness doesn't have to end when the prenatal session does. If you decide you need additional support once your baby arrives, you'll receive a $100 credit toward a Sleep Reset or Calm Sleep Partnership within your baby's first year.
A Gentle Beginning
The goal isn't to create a perfect sleeper from day one. It's to help you enter those early weeks with realistic expectations, practical tools, and greater confidence in understanding what your baby needs.
Because the newborn season is about more than sleep. It's about learning your baby, finding your rhythm, and creating a foundation of connection, calm, and confidence from the very beginning.
Please note: Pediatric sleep coaching is a coaching and educational service and is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
